Can you please specify what game you're talking about and i don't think it supports 480p.

its for call of duty black ops 2 when i load it up and im in a pregame lobby i see the pregame menu and when im in a game i dont see the menu but when i click buttons some functions pops up but the menu dosent

Moved to Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Mods Questions. That's because it's designed for 720p so i guess that's why some parts don't appear on the screen with 480p. Not much you can do about that if you can't switch to 720p unfortunately.

i went to the maker exile yt channel and in the comment section he post a link to this site where we can get it for 480p but it seems a though he has been banned so when i click it the page give me and error on here
