im placing the EBOOT.BIN in the NPUB31054 folder AND still nothing !!!!

im on DEX and my game is v1.19

i load the game and i press L2 and TRIANGLE at the same frikin time and nothing shows up* im having problems knowing which folder im suppose to place the EBOOT.BIN in, either the game region NPUB31054 or the save on the GAME DATA UTILITY FOLDER on the XMB which is BLUS31011

noob. those are supposed to go in TMP the EBOOT in supposed to be in BLUS > USRDIR
