Would a vpn work?

you should be playing with people all over the world including america i dont know why its only putting in lobbies with certain people from certain countries. I guess you can try fake region on your Console in the debug settings maybe that could help. VPN is only for spoofing your real ip address basically has nothing to with regions of a game or server

In BO2, you can change your matchmaking settings so that you can connect with people all over the world, but this does not work with force host as it depends on other people's settings.

Theres nothing wrong but I don't like playing with people who can't speak english because its hard I try doing youtube, but it doesnt matter not because my ps3 just got ylod like 5 mins ago

Yeah its better to get a NOR console those over heat fast and they dont really last long to be honest

Well I have had mine for about 5 years and has only YLOD 2 times, including the recent one. First one i fixed last year by replacing thermal paste and heating the motherboard with a high quality hair dryer, one like a heat gun.

I take it your question has been made irrelevant considering you can play PS3 anymore lol, i would try a VPN maybe and put your connection to BEST so it only looks for lobbys close to you, either that or im not sure what else
