Reinstall Black Ops game files to your PS3. That worked for me.

try not to use any menu unless you plan on being host (gsc menu that is, non host SPRX should be fine)

Reset stats. You used Perplexed to do your account im guessing.??

He used Perplexed I bet. Perplexed Account Menu messes up your level. Say you're level 1 and you use perplexed to do your account and set your level to 2 or 3 etc. It'll make an orange bar and mess up your stats and instantly kick you out of the game.
