What non-host are you currently trying to use? Are you placing the EBOOT.BIN in the USRDIR Folder as well as the .SPRX in the TMP?

Switch to DEX, most non hosts come with a debug eboot that requires dex to run on

Yes they're all in the right folders. If "most" non host menus are meant for DEX. Which can be used on CEX?

Yes, I've got The Hustler 1.8 to work on GTA5, just still can't get BO2 working

The reason the menus not working/showing for you is because most/if not all offhost menus use PatchInJump for hooking for their huds and PatchInJump Uses DEX syscalls, but i have been told if you got ccapi and webman installed it should work, if not then you'll have to go to dex.

P.s Litro every non-host/offhost menu uses patchinjump for huds etc so good luck finding one that dont use it.
