Well people boot and or wall hack on bops2 and I wanted to join them and but I don't know how to mod

And ip stresser for booting which is for money

But yeah you need to have a jailbroken PS3 to do any mods on Black Ops 2.

As for kicking people you do this with a jailbroken PS3 and while in game you just kick people.

You can go the IP Stresser way if you like but it's pretty hard to get a hold of there IP address without a CFW unless you can grab it from someone's skype.
