Hello, My name is Lizzy. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to send me their bo2 modding tool? Unfortunately I don't have any money, but when i do get some i will pay you back.

Hi Lizzy,you could find a lot of bo2 tools in the bo2 modding tools section. You could also find sprx mod menus as well. You also posted this in the wrong section,so a mod will probably move or close this. Be sure to check out the bo2 modding section.

Hello "xLizzy" i would highly Recommend using BISOON's RTM tool it is Very good in my Opinion.
