Step 1 - Open the Door in the first room
Step 2 - Hop on the bus
Step 3 - Wait for the THIRD stop and hop out
Step 4 - Once you leave the bus you will see a BROWN door "like a small shed" open it and drop down, the rest is in the video :angel:

Interestingly as you can see once the power is on there is a skeleton which appears at the top of the lift which rises from the center of the room :O

Also after the video by mistake i threw a flash-bang at the large round structure in the center of the room and it disabled the power? (Power can be turned off/on by the switch but why did the flash bang do this :S hmmmm?

Now this seems interesting a Build the power switch and still needs the arm hmm, and if you remember correctly the squeek noise near the end was something they teased about

Im so stupid, I ruined te game for myself... Anyways great post!

Hundreds of people around the world bought the game early from stores that are giving it out. Also, if you have a jailbreaked PS3 or JTAG'ed 360(I think, not to big on the XBOX hacking scene), you can download the game illegally and play it that way.
