still unsure of that power block in the second safe though, think it may have something to do with the turbines, when you leave a turbine beside a door or perk machine for a while it gives it power without the need of the turbine

I heard you can open it by blowing it up with grenades or shooting with Ray Gun on TranZit... IDK for Survival/Grief though.
