If you get 17-18 revives in a single tranzit game, a green light will pop up for a second and that means you unlocked perma quick revive for tranzit.

What Erbal said is correct. I can confirm. I went into a custom game with 2 controllers and let my 2nd controller get downed 17 times. After I revived my 2nd controller 17 times on round 1 a green cloud/light appeared and now I have it.

There is also a type of headshot speciality you get if you get 60 headshots in a game without dying, or at least if you're playing solo there is.
