So the next game i was able, with power on, to buy 5 perks.. so maby if you buy 1 perk without power you can buy the other ones with power.
i havvnt tried to get all 6 because i couldnt find the last one, lol

So to clear up everything
1. start game and buy a perk using turbine, power has to stay off
2. die and start second game
3. you start off second game with the one perk you got without power
4. buy the rest of the perks you dont have
is that about right? cause if you, you just found gold man!

Note: I tried this solo on tranzit, and unless I did something wrong( need more teammates, has to be survival, did a step wrong) I could not get this to work :/
