Before i unlocked it I played a previous game and got over 40 headshots and did not notice it unlocked so I started a new game and in wave 1 i got it I was in transit in the bus station with my team bough the m16 and headshoted some zombies that spawn outside the barier.Pretty sure I got a double kill.If I still have the video i shall upload it.

How can I tell if I unlocked it besides the green smoke?Are there any tell tale signs like the revive bar color change when you unlock Q.R Pro?

You get it from killing two zombies with headshots with 1 bullet. To tell if you have it kill a zombie by shooting it anywhere but the head, if you have it the head will explode!

Yeah, exactly what the guy above me said, it's really easy to get I got it first try. Just wait till about round 3 or 4, pick up the MK14, get them all in a line and boom you should get it. It's that easy.

Green cloud of smoke means you got it, and your character says something when you get it.

Its so easy to get!
