Get Jug + Double Tap + Fast Reload.
Everyone get 2 upgraded guns, strong guns only. Hammer + RPD is highly recommended.
No rayguns or Mustang&Sally, not yet. You don't want to down yourself and lose doubletap.
Get at least 1 person with monkeys to help everyone reload on max ammo's.
Semtex + Claymores are very nice but not crucial.

Once everyone is ready, meet up in the bank at town.

Camp inside the vault with the pack-a-punch door CLOSED.
Conserve ammo by aiming for headshots and using only short bursts or single shots instead of spamming bullets.

If you don't play bad, you will breeze through the first 30 rounds of Tranzit as fast as this game will allow it. Seriously, I don't think it's possible to go any faster than this.

I used this strategy with 3 people and it didn't get crazy until round 33; we never even came close to dying even though we were camping in what looks like a death trap.
We finally ran out of ammo on round 35. Super fast and super fun.
