What!? You don't need an HDTV to record, render, and upload to YouTube. You're probably trying to upload/render the entire game. There's like a 30 second clip limit I think on what you can upload. So whatever gameplay is in the 30 seconds, you can upload it. Just record the "glitch" or whatever within those 30 seconds. For example, try to show when he got it and the person using it in 30 seconds. That simple

no i tried the videos like 16 sec long and when i try 2 hit render its says "Render Video available only for resolution higher than 480p" and mine isn't hd and its on 480i.

There's a glitch for this where you get Speed Cola before turning on power and then your partner dies and then your turn on the power and he has it permanently its not the same as "The Permanent Perks" where you are meant to get it but an accidental glitch

Yeah this works for all the perks. It also works by turning the power off and buying a perk. Then turn it back on after he dies.
