My friend told me what he did but he didn't have any proof so I didn't believe him. I didn't have time to try this so maybe you guys can try it and see if it works. Again I am not sure if this is legit or not so I'm sorry if it wasted your time trying.
Items you want to acquire before you begin:

• EMP Grenade
  
• Jet Gun
  

Steps:

1. Get on the bus and go to the part in the video where the sandbags and broken car are blocking (2:32)
   
2. Toss an EMP grendade to the bus driver and make sure the bus stops BEFORE the sandbags.
   
3. Hop out and pull out your jet gun and fire it at the debris.
   
4. The debris should clear.
   
5. Get back in the bus and when the bus re-activates, it should go to the right where you just cleared.
   

Once again, I apologize if this doesn't work.
When I have time, I will try this and confirm if it works or not and delete this thread.
