So can you get deranked from skull with knife to just skull for example

Yes you lose your rank if you palyed bad alot of downs and stuff, the tallys is just about your active play days.

do you know anything about this like isit droping down to the stats i needed to rank up origionly or do you need to play realy bad (sorry about spelling fast type)

It is kind of an average of your game plays for example if you rank up to skull and still playing in the same average you might stuck in the skull rank for a while, for deranking if you got alots of downs with a bad k/d. My friend was helping someone to get quick revive permanent perk in Tranzit so he got alots of downs and he got deranked form skull to two bones.

As I like to say to people that cry about not obtaining shotguns. If you play like shit and do shit, why do you expect the game to give you a good rank? If you have any common sense you should be able to work out deranking. Over 10 downs per game, minimum kills per game, low rounds of under 10 not playing for days deranks. No sorry mate I don’t. I'm a PS3 user, if you play 2 games per day to round 10 minimum you’ll not lose rank.
UK BOII server day is 12 midnight to 12 midnight.
USA BOII server day is its 7pm to 7pm.
If you get two games in-between these times and you won’t derank, this is why people lose tallies as they have not played two games a day.

you get deranked from ranks if you get a low amount of kills in a game with a large amount of downs, the tallys and blue eyes just mean your an active zombie player, my friend got deranked from the knife for playing a custom game on grief getting 20 downs and 100 kills

Yes you can it sucks but I was away for the weekend and I had blue eyes and when I came back I didn't have the blue eyes
