Post: Rewind and the Cabin...

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi all you ppl, I was wondering if anyone else noticed the effects of rewind in theater mode... Of course I am not talking about going backwards, that much is obvious. In the very begining of the transit game, you will see the bus take off from behind the depot to the front. If you rewind after exiting the depot (so you can view the bus from the outside of the depot), the bus will return to behind the depot. Yeah big whoop right, rewinding, well after playing the video back and watching the bus cross over the cracked road with lava next to it, I hit rewind for a split second (on accident) and noticed that the bus backed up a bit and the doors were OPEN, not closed like the video shows playing it from the begining.

Now some ppl may not care or realise what that means... I have come across several other objects that act very wierd when taping rewind... In short this rewind effect can show (some) accessable areas, objects, and events. But that being said, it can ALSO cover some events up if you play too far into the video before rewinding.

Case in point the Cabin. The flames outside the cabin reminded me of the depot as around round three the ground splits an lava is exposed... well the same thing happens to be going on at the Cabin... coincidence? Maybe.
Anyhow about the flames, if you watch the ground outside of the cabin erupt/whatever and you try to rewind the flames do not go away... Curious...
You will need to restart the video from the beginning and exit the depot before the ground erupts you should be save to make it to the Cabin before that event occurs as well.

As an side note I count three areas so far that are event occuring... the depot, the cabin, the bridge.
Feel free to add or speculate, Peace.
P.S. When I say event occuring I am talking about events you can not control, unlike the power switch and such.

I dont see what you are getting at, the earth is cracking on round 3ish is the reason for it splitting all over the place in different spots of the map

Its similar yes... so why are there only a few places that I see? I said feel free to add, if it is all over please add an example so I may try to observe on my own or so others my know to.
Otherwise the effects would be a lot more noticable outside of these areas that I am talking about. What I am getting at, is that events happen for reasons (Pushing players out, showing the way, extra difficulty).
I want to know the link between them, why so far apart? Why flames that activate around level three when a majority of the players are not going to be able to make it there before the flames go off (why not just make the flames there all the time? Surprise>?)

There is nothing here, its just the design you are looking into nothing assuming its a glitch, and a useless one at that.

Its not so similar, you can say that to any place that has lava, and then assume the lava lake is a glitch since they are so similar.

It goes off in round three because im pretty sure thats the 3rd missile hitting the earth or something like that.

I had NO assumption or guess or whatever your trying to ram down my throat... I just said I noticed... thats all. Never called it a glitch at all. The rewinding and the bus acting differently when reversed (and not played just viewed by taping reverse!) Of course maybe I was not being clear enough for ppl so sorry. And being so quick to be like "hey your S*$T sucks" is kinda childish.

Also in the back of my mind is that no one can find this mysterious nav card because the lava that appears during level 3 makes it unattainable... Or its just some other thing...
