You can run around the whole map even without jugg.

All you gotta do is cross the Lava and must keep jumping.... LOL


Ok seriously:
For lava between Diner and Farm, just wait for the face fuckers to come and kill them BEFORE you cross the lava. If youre in the middle of the lava and they started coming (you will hear them scream) make sure to turn around and shoot/knife them (knife with galva knuckle or bowie knife = will only take 1 attack)

For the lava in Town going to the bridge to Bus Depot, you will need to do the same thing. Kill those face fuckers first before you cross the lava. HOWEVER, you must be on the LEFT side of the lava (if youre from Town going to the Bridge) or the RIGHT side of the lava (if youre from Brdige going to Town)
