This is basically the duplication glitch, no?
There's a much simpler way:
Head to TranZit in custom games, add in your second controller (guest), hit O with your 1st then go up with your 2nd, should be hovering over yes. Hit X with your 2nd and then O with your 1st and rapidly press X until the list of accounts come up.
