Never thought of it that way, but they normal do it all in German if they are going to do that, Kino for example, Suppose we will have to wait for a trailer or release to find out :p

I don't think custom maps are possible on bo2.
EDIT: you can see the xbox buttons on the screen so it's not pc.

didnt watch it very closely, but i still would say its custom mapped or something because if i remember correctly on the old maps it would load the screen and kick you. or freeze your game maybe idk been awhile

This is fake otherwise the game wouldnt of started, there is only the DLC loading screen etc in the game files, the game cant possibly load as there isnt any map files to do so
