yeah the slowdown bit is because the bridge is broken.
But if you look at all the other lamps they are near something important or a section of the map. 1 at Nacht/Tower, 1 at the shortcut to town, 1 Near the Cabin, 1 in diner, town and depot and 1 near power. The bridge one has no reason to be there. Also it is weird that there is a little section on the bridge that the facescratchers won't attack u. The only other places like this in the mist are near a part to the easter egg
Also this might just be a glitch, but the bridge only breaks when a player actually crosses it (with or without the bus), if the bus crosses it alone it doesn't break.
