I'll guide you here. Doing the reset glitch can benefit some players but I want to know how many Kills and Downs you have.

i have 27215 kills and 198 downs

your kd is 134. since you don't have all that many kills, I would just recommend boosting your kills, maybe Town Survival Solo on easy.. play until you get as many kills as you feel comfy with, and quit the game.. repeat until your kd is over 180 or so. enjoy your shottys

i got 37000 kills 22000 headshots 152 deaths and still no SHotguns

I got 143000+ kills and like a 1000 downs and no shotguns. LOL.
