The biggest joke of them all is that Treyarch haven't even come out to give an explanation or even acknowledge the massive problems on the PS3 version... safe to say I won't be buying another Call of Duty game developed by Treyarch, their so biased to Xbox it's unreal.

Treyarch don't care about PS3 users.

Tough luck. I have never encountered freezing experiences in zombies, and hopefully I never do. I think it's because I followed this tutorial where it said that all freezing would be guaranteed to stop if you installed the texture packs for the game in the options menu.

I wish I could have your luck, I installed the Textures pretty much as soon as I put my BO2 disk into my PS3... still issues, I wouldn't want to imagine what it'd be like WITHOUT them installed :|

Oh, it'll get better soon though. I had to live with constant 2-3 second freezing in pre-game lobbies for about 5 weeks until I got fed up and did some research.
