No, youre wrong. That video didnt answer either of his questions. All that guy said was that no one knows how to get it yet, if it's even possible to get it. Which I understand but yet, they still dont answer his questions.

Guy in the video noclipped. In theater mode, you cant get in that hallway. And it does answer his question because he was asking if someone can noclip in the game so that people can see that there is no way in.

Well, thankyou for you input anyway, I was looking for someone who can actually do it, not in theatre mode but using hacks and noclip, real noclip not theatre no clip, the point being if its buyable then we are missing something..
