I guess I neglected to mention that I do this on tranzit. Also you you don't need to be an expert. In my opinion, If your willing to give it your all, you don't leave if you get downed and have to sit out a round, you've got a basic sense of the map, and you have the TIME (this is the most important), then your the kind of person i'm looking for.
