What do you mean "Grammatically wrong in German!!!"? Die and Der both mean: The. Which means if you translate Der Kammer from German to English it means: The chamber. And if you translate Die Kammer it means: The chamber. Both have the same meaning. Seems grammatically correct to me.

The most significant thing that stands out and makes it legit, look to the left of the loading screen and the bottom right.
On Die Rise's loading screen, you see those exact things in the torn out parts of that loading screen, making it look legit enough to me regardless of grammer.

Probably I'm wrong here because I haven't played the moon in ages, but the bottom left corner
looks like the torn piece behind moon's loading screen.

And finally (after this I'll shutup,) the torn part of the top left corner, is that a zombie, a boss, or maybe Maxis or Richtofen? I can't wait to find out!
