Ok Whe You Get The Message Saying The Persistant Rank Data Dont Click Anything Just Go To The XMB And Sign Out Then Sign Back In And You Have Your Dupped Acct Stats Without Having Them Reset From The Persistant Rank Data

And i can confirm that this does not work as i tried and it put me back my previous rank...

I get this error all the time, and I've never done any duplication glitch. Dafuq?

I can confirm that this works, however it is not a permanent fix. You have to do this everytime you sign in.
