Yes, that is partially the ending. All im going to say is, look VERY closely in the video. There's something in that area where they're at that gives you a HUGE hint of the finale. I saw the finale of the EE earlier today so I know what happens. Im not going to ruin it but, get ready for a killer ending.

Thats just the main part of the map the easter eggs has barly been discoved so far the only thing are "blue skulls" that no ones knows what it does.

Playthegame got told how you do it, thats how they had it done so quickly.

They knew how to do the EE as they were given info from someone inside Treyarch ages ago, Ben from PTG was always raving saying he knew how to do the EE and knew everything about the map way before release, and everything he had was correct!

Just look on NGTzombies youtube channel you will find out how over like 1 million step videos cause they like to money whore!

I completed all the doors all the items flew the plane back to the pack machine 3 times got like 3 or 4 achievements for doing the acid gun and shit all without going to youtube so i doubt the 'easter egg' is this cuz theres no way i figured it out without lookin on youtube =\
