This isn't a very good glitch because 1) When Brutus or whatever his name is spawns, he will kill you unless you run straight away, if not he will trap you in the corner and own you and 2) Zombies every so often ignore the barrier and hit you, unless you have jug you probably won't survive there long.

This isn't a very good answer because you have not tested this glitch.
