This is a better glitch than the bridge one, you don't have those annoying boss things, you can get drops, you can shoot (I think?) and you can get back out at any time!!

He's right about Treyarch patching the glitches much quicker now.. We all have limited time to try this, and I'm currently doing that now

i did this and was in the stairs but could not get my head under the stairs so the zombie just ran up and killed me.

You need to walk back as far as you can, run and dolphin dive. I did this glitch anyway and it's not very good, the zombies are all above you and you glitch all over the place.
