The only thing this does is make some of the zombies pile up beneath you. They will still come from the top and they will kill you. They will also kill you if they come up the stairs. You are depending on your teammates to protect you. This is definitely not a high round glitch. No disrespect intended, I just wanted to point this out for others that might want to try it.
