To get shotgun its not only your kills and downs, but its all about u overall stats revive, grenade kills etc. I think.

Do you Rage quit alot ? you need to play a game everyday for a wile and you will get them or just get your revives and kill up a little more

I would play some online with 4 people and get a high round should get you your shotguns.

you play alot? you need some games it is not just kd, you can get that in a day doing the town survival strategy, but you still need to have time played

ranks are based on your average round & k/d and yeah, if you rage quit heaps then your avg round will be really low, just try to get round 50 a few times, dont know how many times youll need though depending on how many games youve left or the rounds that the other games ended at
