First you need to get a time bomb and galven knuckles and head over to the bank. After you arrive at the bank withdraw all your points from your bank. When your done withdrawing throw down your time bomb and then proceed over to the keys where you can put your points in the form of a power drop and deposit all of your money into the power drop. After your points are empty or you unable to subtract points time travel to the past and grab your power drop. Now your points should be doubled.

right before you kill the last witch throw down the time bomb, then kill the last witch. Use the time bomb. Then kill the last witch again. Then she should drop 2 perks.
