I ran into same issue... THE ONLY one I found that actually is working is called Jumpers BO3 rtm it's made by codjumpers it's listed on this site check it out. I still don't have a definitive answer on why these rtms are only working for some people, even though I'm on the same firmware and using the same exact version of bo3 lol idk man if that one works for you lemme know
