you need to go in to muilitman and check if the game says do you wantit to run a newer versions of 4.76 if so thats the problem i had same problem so it needs the update

Did you buy it as a CD or was it via the PSN Store?

Bought it as a cd, going to try now.

Back it up to the PS3 before you do this otherwise it won't let you.
