From what I have read already your firmware has to be a legit 4.70 not a spoofed 4.70

ok first of all that corruption disc has nothing to do
secondly you need to be on 4.70 or higher
i recommend 4.75.3 drex rebug
then you need multiman version 4.76 and it the settings go all the way to the bottom where it says bd emulator and enable it restart multiman
then go load up bo3
it will say disc corrupted but because you have a disc inside your ps3 go to app_home and you will see game loaded

Hey man... I'm on the same cfw u are on 4.50ita Dex spoof to 4.70,, but I'm using BLES02166.. I got the game to work but it freezes when selecting game mode.. Oh and I can't play on online cause I get an error bla bla bla crap!. Everyone's seems to not have any problem with rebug.
