Can't Connect My RTM Tools

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Okay I would really like some help with this one I updated my firmware to REBUG 4.75.3 REX from REBUG 4.65 with a 4.70 spoofer to play Black ops 3
when I try to connect my RTM it says its impossible to connect and then I go to my DEBUGSETTINGS and I cant find the stuff I need to activate that all these other people are doing anyone help I would appreciate it

Id say switch to DEX and try to connect through TMAPI. I wasnt ever able to connect stuff through CCAPI but it might of just been me :p
