Well depends though, BLES region tends to have more releases and such. And of course you want to be on DEX. Should be no question with that :p cause DEX can do both TMAPI/CCAPI so your good! But yea id probably say BLES due to more developers developing programs which might be exclusive to that region or so. Like on GTAV!
