The answer to your question is in the video description. As seems they did remove the flags for noclip/ufo mode, so you would have to remake it in a SPRX. Don't really think anyone has tried remaking it besides him, but if I was to try I would try to do it the way people do it in GSC, by spawning an object then linking yourself to it.
