And when I just load up the game from disk it asks me to update my firmware? Why wasn't that the whole point of going to 4.75.3 D-REX to play the game.

did you run webman? I said hit me up on PM ill Skype you and Teamview you so I can help with the problem, all my PS3'S are on Rebug 4.75.3 and they all run BO3 fine
