Is it possible to transfer a modded account with unlock all and modded stats to ps4? And if i edited the leaderboard will i be able to see it in leaderboard in ps4?

If I'm correct, I believe I've heard that you're not able to do this since they do not allow you to transfer. I believe it's mainly due to modifications to an account...

Doesn't work as Squid and Helping Hand said, you cant transfer anything to Next gen on BO3
