You could try, but I doubt it would work. Did it say your console has been banned from BO3? Have you tried to go on there on a different account? If not, I would try that.

yes when i went on other account t says this console is banned from bo3

Then you will need another console id. I'm pretty sure BO3 doesn't do mac bans.
