But the problem was, i started it ( DISC ) and i got fucking banned! WTF?

Were you running the game on a Custom Firmware? Please explain more, and go into depth to understand your problem.

so, basicly im on cfw 4.70 dex or smth i just put the disc in and tried to start it
and it banned me instant

Yea, black ops 3 bans instantly most of the time. In future I suggest researching bans on games before you try play them if you're not prepared to be banned. Especially newer cod games.
