I live in Brazil and I play BO3 in PS4: these two combinations are the worst, trust me! I know 'til these days BO3 has been having lag/connection issues not only in specific countries or in specific platforms. However, believe it or not, BO3 Brazilian servers are shit. The reason I'm here is to ask if anyone knows how can I block my router to access the Brazilian IP servers and instead, make me join foreigner servers (specially the US ones).

I've watched a live stream from a famous YouTuber here in Brazil and he said while the stream was going on how to block these servers. Unfortunately, he plays on PC and I don't know if the IP addresses he said are the same for PS4.

The IP addresses are these ones:
>189.1.168.1 - 189.1.175.254
>177.54.144.1 - 177.54.151.254

And even if these are the Brazilian IP addresses for PS4 too, I may have done something wrong when trying to set 'em up in my IP Router Filter. My router is a Technicolor TD5136v2 and it's a bit hard to set things up in it. It's not like TP-Link, D-Link or any other routers around, but my reality is that Technicolor one. Where I am suppose to set up these Start and Ending IP Addresses, it simply doesn't have the field to do so, as you can check in this image:

I don't know if anyone has this router or has ever set anything up in it but I'd really appreciate your help in order to block these IP Addresses. Also, I was wondering if anyone knows where I could find a website or something that shows me what are the Brazilian IP Servers for BO3 in PS4 because I have no idea where this YouTuber has found the PC IP Addresses.

I know I may asking too much for you guys but NGU has helped me a long time ago and my friend is always tuned to this forum so I'll be grateful if anyone knows anything the issue I'm having and is willing to help me. Sorry if my English is bad but like I said, I'm from Brazil and we don't speak English in here so I did my best by what I know of English

Sorry for my ignorance but how can I use VPN on PS4? I know how to use it on PC but the best VPN servers are paid like Express VPN. Don't you know anything about the specific IP Server Addresses for BO3, do you? Also if you don't mind explaining how to use VPN on PS4 I'll appreciate
