BUT, I like ranking up, I just want to... Unlock everything;
I usually just get the primary guns diamond & call it a day.

My question is..
Can I sign in on ps3 & unlock everything (via rtm tool), and pass it back?
Do some of the other cats do this process?
Or is it like GTA 5, you can only transfer once?

ALSO! I would like to know if there is anti-ban for BO3?

Sadly a ps3 account cannot be transferred to ps4 lol. Bo3 stopped that too many lvl 1000 accounts I guess. Duplication glitches used to work but they don't now as they are patched. And if u are on bles. USE indie developers anti-ban it's legit no problems so far for me
