im not sure what it is i have swapped eboots,deleted game saves,tried diffrent tools still the same outcome any ideas?

Which eboot are you using also RTM Tool.
If you freeze you probably got banned or something which BO3 makes your CID Flagged until you get console banned which happened to me so i had to change my CID.
