I tried a different account and still have the issue. My friend tried my account on his ps4 and the issue still happens and his account is not duplicated. Is your account duplicated? You can try port forwarding, or initialize your ps4. I did literally everything and nothing worked. Just gotta wait till the 26th since that update fixes bugs which I believe is what I got
