Then the screen loads all black with the little treyarch logo on the bottom right for like 10 seconds. Then I get a pop up saying a network error has been detected and to protect my stats I have to go to the main menu and resume gameplay and that pop up lasts for 3 seconds. Then goes back to loading for 10. On and on and on the cycle goes. I restarted the ps4, shut it off, took out the disc and put it back in and no help. Anyone think they can fix this or has experienced it before? And I did the network connection test and I'm fine

No luck yet, and yeah everything on Google and the activision site is old and doesn't work

I tried everything the activision ambassador told me and nothing worked. Just gotta wait till the new June 26 update since many people are having the same problems

I'm also having same issue and I contact them on Reddit and Facebook. I show them a video and screenshot too but nothing they told me worked for me. I try a different account, well that account works great with no issue, but I don't won't to start all over though, hopefully this new update will solved the issue we're having.

I tried a different account and still have the issue. My friend tried my account on his ps4 and the issue still happens and his account is not duplicated. Is your account duplicated? You can try port forwarding, or initialize your ps4. I did literally everything and nothing worked. Just gotta wait till the 26th since that update fixes bugs which I believe is what I got

Yeah my account is duped but before got duped acc well modded from that glitch i was prestige 2. And i haven't try that port forwarding yet but i will try it tomorrow or tonight to see if that resolve the issue. And okay well the 26th isn't far away.
