Yea I've had that for 2 days and I've spoken to activision ambassadors twice and they gave good help but it still didn't resolve the issue. Some believe it's a ban for people with duped accounts but if it was a ban then you would get that message that you're banned instead of the network and ABC error messages. I tried going on black ops on another account that was not duped and still got the error messages. this shit sucks and needs to be fixed I finally have time to play and now this happens
