When you dupe you don't have to play the full match. Anyways that's not the point. When I do the dupe in an account that is level 1 it sticks for two seconds and then goes back to level 1. I try multiple times , but it never sticks.

I'm done today. Annoyed by everyone that keeps spamming me with questions. I did dupe for 3 people today, but I haven't mastered the glitch all the way because I can't get it to stick to low level accounts such as level 1. Sorry everyone.

Ok. Step by step.
You are signed in
You did the glitch
You changed something (class, clantag, emblem, ect.)
You played 1 game until you got a kill (i leave then)
Now you are in the MP main menu.

You close the game. And start it again.

Now in the game (the glitched acc) you hit multiplayer and bum, you got it.
