You can do it in two of the three PAP locations. Not instant round, but when your in high round lobbies such as 25, the rounds go by pretty fast.

When the PAP moves, it will disappear. You can do it at the Undercroft and the Bastion, I believe you'd need the ragnarok to use the panzer to do it on the rocket pad.
